What We Do

At your first consultation (which lasts 30 minutes), we will discuss your medical history and your current symptoms. We will learn if a GP referral is necessary. Once we understand your symptoms and health, we will examine all relevant joints. We will include treatment within your first consultation. Treatment should not be painful, simply let us know if it is and the pressure will be reduced. The treatment should reduce muscle spasms and inflammation to provide significant pain relief. We use the following techniques:

• Soft tissue techniques - Both light and firm pressure applied.
• Manipulation - These movements are normally accompanied with a clicking sound if approved by the client.
• Articulation - Gentle joint movements
